For the purpose of promoting health, safety, morals, public convenience, general prosperity and public welfare, to conserve and protect property and property values; to secure the most appropriate use of land; and to facilitate adequate but economical provision of public improvements, all in accordance with a comprehensive plan, the Board of Commissioners of Billings County finds it necessary and advisable to regulate the location, height, bulk, number of stories and size of buildings and other structures.....

The Zoning Board will begin meeting every other month in 2010, starting with January 14, 2010.

The meetings will be held in the commissioners room of the Billings County Courthouse at 2:00 p.m.

If you would like to be placed on the agenda for a meeting, you will have to contact Lynn Arthaud, the Zoning Inspector.

Due to our advertising requirements, the deadline for your zoning application will be 3 weeks prior to the meeting date.
