Needed by home/landowner for any building or change of use, etc. Every landowner has to fill out this form if they are building, moving in a structure or mobile home, plan to rezone, or whenever the outside dimensions of an existing building are altered. Has to be approved by the Zoning Board and the Billings County Commission before beginning any construction.
Application for a Special/Conditional Use Permit
Needed by home/landowner for any conditional use requested. Has to be approved by the Zoning Board and the Billings County Commission. (See Section 7.3 of the Billings County Ordinance for requirements)
Application for a Variance
Requested by the home/landowner when proposal does not meet ordinance requirements and cannot reasonably be changed to meet standards. Has to be approved by the Zoning Board and the Billings County Commission. (See Section 7.4 of the Billings County Ordinance for requirements)
